Lavery Mustard

The Lavery Mustard is a product made from a mixture of ground mustard seed, turmeric, vinegar, water, salt, sugar and fine spices. It comes as a semi-fluid product, totally homogeneous, without any lumps or seed mustard residue. Bright yellow color, with pungent smell, slightly sour and acidic taste, slightly astringent, typical mustard.
