Helmet Margarine

Helmet margarine is a homogeneous product obtained by mixing a fat phase of vegetable oil and an aqueous phase consisting of milk solids, salt and water. To this mixture, water-in-oil emulsifier is added to stabilize the emulsion, natural coloring, flavoring and strengthens with vitamins A and D to match aroma, flavor and nutritional value of butter. Its production uses vegetable oil without undergoing any hydrogenation process so no trans-fat is present in its constitution.
