Baturro Chinese Sauce

The Chinese sauce is a product made by mixing and cooking of the following ingredients: water, hydrolyzed soy protein, based Chinese sauce, salt, sugar, caramel color, vinegar, preservatives and stabilizers. It is presented as a dark liquid, which slightly viscous syrupy leaves a film sliding on the inner walls of the container. It has a strong smell of soy protein with a slight caramel aroma, characteristic of the product. Dark brown in color, very intense and brilliant. Salty flavor, slightly bitter, typical soy protein.
