Golden sandwiches
Ingredients
1 white bread mold
12 slices of Cremoso Yellow Cheese
12 slices of salad tomato
6 eggs
1 1/1 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Melted Blue River Butter Bar
Process
Grease a square mold with butter, but in the meantime beat the eggs with a wire hand whisk together with the milk, add salt and pepper. Place a layer of bread in the bottom of the mold and bathe with the egg mixture and the milk until it is well moist. Then put a layer of cheese and a layer of tomato, sprinkle with teaspoons of melted butter, put back a layer of bread and moisten again with the egg and milk mixture, then cheese, tomato and so on until finishing with bread. Cover with aluminum. Take care that it is well sealed and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 300 degrees centigrade. You can check at 30 minutes and if you enter a knife and leave without white marks is that it is ready. Ideal for breakfast!
