Camelia Syrup

The syrup of sugar or syrup is a type of syrup and in fact it is prepared almost the same as caramel, mixing water and sugar, however to make syrup you do not have to heat the water too much, if you spend that it darkens and you end up making candy.

In the Caribbean area, for example, it is used a lot for rum-based cocktails, it is really more practical, although it is annoying to prepare it. So for example the planteur, ti’punch or the same mojito can prepare them with sugar syrup
