Baturro Sugar glas or Micropulverized, is a type of sugar that is characterized by being pulverized or ground to powder size (with crystals with a diameter less than 0.15 mm) with added 2 or 3% starch. This additive is of great importance to avoid the caking of sugar due to its high hygroscopicity.

Used in the bakery, for the elaboration and decoration of products.

Fine and white granulometry. Does not require sifting,Easy solubility, It allows to be colored.
